Product Overview

Hurricane Techs manufactures both hand-made and machine-made sandwich panels that form the walls, ceilings, and partitions of cleanroom enclosures. Our panels feature hidden fastener systems and radius coving for smooth, crevice-free surfaces that are easy to clean and meet stringent GMP requirements.

Panel Types

1. Hand-made panels: 50/75/100 mm thickness, rock wool or PIR core, Class A fire rating
2. Machine-made panels: High-volume production, EPS or rock wool core, tongue-and-groove joints
3. Honeycomb panels: Lightweight aluminium honeycomb core for clean applications

Key Specifications

1. Facing material: 0.4–0.8 mm colour-coated galvanised steel, stainless steel, or HPL
2. Core insulation: Rock wool (Class A1), PIR (Class B1), EPS, or aluminium honeycomb
3. Surface finish: PE, PVDF, or anti-bacterial coating; smooth or peel-textured
4. Joint system: Cam-lock, tongue-and-groove, or concealed screw
5. Accessories: Radius cove mouldings, door frames, viewing windows, cable trunking

Fire & Hygiene Standards

Rock wool core panels achieve Class A1 (non-combustible) per EN 13501-1. Anti-bacterial coatings available for pharmaceutical and food-processing environments.
